1、语气自然 ，语言和句子要简单明了
不要听上去象别人的话，特别是用一些从未用过的令人费解的词语和句子令人难懂。写信就像说话一样，语气要正式但不能僵硬。语言要直截了当，不要依靠词典，履历表词语要生动使句子有力。
2、通俗易懂 ，写作要考虑读者对象的知识背景。
人事经理不是你这个专业的行家，所以，你不能用太过专业的字眼，一来人事经理会对自己看不懂的东西失去兴趣，二来，未免有卖弄之嫌。切记：不要使用生僻词语、专业术语。
3、言简意赅，切忌面面俱到
