摘 要
随着Internet技术的发展，人们的日常生活已经离不开网络。未来社会人们的生活和工作将越来越依赖于数字技术的发展，越来越数字化、网络化、电子化、虚拟化。在线影院系统也随着网络的发展日益贴近人们的生活。Internet的发展历程以及目前的应用状况和发展趋势，可以充分地相信网络技术将极大的改变我们的生活和工作方式，甚至社会的价值观也会发生某种变化。
视频流媒体服务1直被认为是互联网服务中的1个热点领域。本篇论文详细讲解了利用ASP技术及Microsoft Access2000、FlashMX2004、DreamweaverMX2004、Helix Server等软件工具制作在线影院系统网站的建立和开发的过程。并简要介绍了流媒体技术和Internet及Web技术的发展，主要内容有以下几个方面: 1.概述 2.相关技术及开发环境介绍3.概要设计4.详细设计5.系统安装与运行6.系统测试。

ABSTRACT
With the development of Internet technology, the Internet is indispensable in our daily life nowadays. Our work and our everyday life in the future will become more and more dependent on the development of the numerical technology, which is signaled by a digital, electronic, and conjunctive society. Accordingly the Online News Release system is getting more close to our lives. The developing history, its application nowadays and its development tendency shows that the internet technology will change the way of our work and life to a large extend. The opinion of value may also be somewhat different.
Video flowing media service considered to be a hot domain of the Internet service. This thesis has explained the whole progress of “setting-up and development of the systematic websites of online cinema” in details by using software tools such as ASP technology, Microsoft Access2000, FlashMX2004, DreamweaverMX2004 and Helix Server etc... And has introduced the development of technology of flow media and Internet and Web technology briefly, the main content has the following several aspects: 1. Summary narration 2. 前 言
Internet是目前世界上最大的计算机互联网络，它遍布全球，将世界各地各种规模的网络连接成1个整体。作为Internet上1种先进的，易于被人们所接受的信息检索手段，World Wide Web(简称WWW)发展10分迅速，成为目前世界上最大的信息资源宝库。据估计，目前Internet上已有上百万个Web站点，其内容范围跨越了教育科研、文化事业、金融、商业、新闻出版、娱乐、体育等各个领域，其用户群10分庞大。因此，建设1个好的Web站点对于1个机构的发展10分重要。近年来，随着网络用户要求的不断提高及计算机科学的迅速发展，特别是数据库技术在Internet中的广泛应用，Web站点向用户提供的服务将越来越丰富，越来越人性化。
作为计算机发展最迅速的领域之1的数据库技术,已经形成了1整套独有的理论,并广泛地应用于人们的`生产和生活中。数据库技术与网站的结合是当今Web技术的1个热点。有了数据库的支持,可以扩展网页的功能,可以方便地设计出交互式页面,可以构造功能强大的后台管理系统,可以为网站的更新、维护提供极大的方便。
视频流媒体服务1直被认为是互联网服务中的1个热点领域，但是由于技术、内容以及带宽等方面的限制，1直没有实现预料中的发展。随着宽带技术的普遍应用、解压缩技术的不断提高，网上的视频播放已成为可能。虽然目前网上的视频播放的效果，画面大小还不如人意，但其发展势头非常迅猛，与几年前相比已有了长足的进步。而自动根据网络的速度传输相应图像的流媒体技术的普及应用，更使视频播放时通时断的问题得以根除，该技术的发展和推广，给电影大举进军互联网提供了条件，使得1个真正意义上的在线影院已成为可能。
