1. 在幕墙设计过程中,可以通过对幕墙节能特性的多种影响因素进行分析研究,保证设计出最优的幕墙系统,同时又可大大减少工作量。
2. 采用双层幕墙结构的建筑发生火灾,容易造成火灾沿双层幕墙之间的空气腔蔓延扩大,给建筑火灾的消防施救带来难度,需采取相应措施。
3. 采用双层幕墙结构的建筑内要设置完备的自动消防设施系统,主动提高双层幕墙建筑火灾安全度。
本文通过对双层幕墙节能性全面的研究,一方面为工程设计人员提供参考,另一方面也可以为相关标准的制定提供依据;同时为确保建筑双层幕墙设计安全和推动建筑双层幕墙运用具有积极作用。希望本文能对双层幕墙的设计、施工、管理和应用提供参考。

Abstract
With the aggravation of global environmental pollution and energy crisis, more concern has been focused on green ecosystem. As an important part of energy saving and pollutants discharge reduction, great importance has been attached to architecture energy saving in the field of architectural design. Accordingly, many new types of energy-saving materials and techniques emerged, the double facades building is the offspring against this background.
Double skin facades can bring beautiful architecture outline, comfortable indoor environment and good effect of energy saving. Nevertheless, the design of double skin facades is a complicated job which needs to consider many factors synthetically. If only we know its energy saving performance, we can correctly design a system of double skin facades meeting the local climate well. Because of the variety and complexity of its effect factors, the domestic study of double skin facades is still at the stage of start. The reference documents about it are not enough so that double skin facades are not widely used in our country. So it is necessary to know its performance of energy saving well by study, then we can provide reference to engineering designers and evidence for the establishment of the criterion concerned.
The main results from this paper are as follows:

It is quite important and urgent for the study on double facades building, which will have much effect on ensuring the fire protection safety of this kind of building and promoting its practical application. A basic study has been offered to hope the paper could as a reference for design, construction, management, and its development.
