摘要:本文通过对微分中值定理的条件稍作改变，构造反例，从而说明,微分中值定理的条件是完备的'。且通过对条件的分析，列出定理之间的联系。

Primary analysis of counter-example
in mean value theorem of differentials
Abstract:Constructing the counter-examples by changing the conditions in mean value theorem of differentials,the present paper confirms the conditions in mean value theorem of differentials is the same time,the relation of theorems is pointed out by analysis of the conditions.
