The rate group（OR="2.09,95%CI:1.62~2.70," χ2="31.81,df=1,P＜0.001＝" 5-year rates among different groups were no significant difference. The difference of between radio-chemotherapy group was significant. CONCLUSION：Chemotherapy(DDP 5-Fu) combined with radiotherapy can increase 5-years survival rate, and the toxicity is improved accordingly.
